Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Chairman and CEO of Schneider Electric, has won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award honoring the Top CEOs in 2019. This recognition confirms the company’s commitment to building an inclusive and empowering culture with employees driving innovation and sustainability. Tricoire has ranked 54th out of the Top 100 CEO’s US Large list, based on anonymous and voluntary employees’ feedback, and has an impressive 94% approval rating from employees. Over the past few years, Schneider Electric’s Glassdoor company rating has been steadily increasing, in part due to the steady growth on CEO Approval and Culture and Values. 

Tricoire has many other responsibilities in addition to being CEO of Schneider Electric. He serves as Vice President of the France-China Committee, sits on the Global CEO Council of China’s Premier Li Keqiang and the Advisory Board of the Mayors of Beijing and Shanghai, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Asia Global Institute in Hong Kong. He has been the President of Global Compact France since 2014 and a director of the worldwide board of the UN Global Compact. Schneider Electric’s Jean-Pascal Tricoire has a very impressive approval rating of 94% with 2,158 ratings, granting him a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award.
