We’re excited to announce a handful of new projects that we’ve won this season, and looking forward to the work to come!

St. James Sports & Wellness Complex

In March, Fairfax County approved a special permit for the construction and operation of the 435,000-square-foot St. James Sports & Wellness Complex at 6801 Industrial Road. The facility will be the largest indoor sports center in the Mid-Atlantic and it will feature a variety of activities such as laser tag, baseball, football, soccer, swimming, and ice hockey. Schneider Electric will provide EcoStruxure for buildings as the Building Automation System, integrating ~20 Packaged AHUs, ~160 Air Terminal Units, and integration to the Ice Rink Chiller System.

Anthem Row

Anthem Row is an existing office building that will be fully gutted to accommodate plans for a renovated 350,000-square-foot class A office space. The building will also share space with Equinox, the upscale fitness center. Schneider Electric will provide EcoStruxure for buildings as the Building Automation System, to provide automated control of the HVAC mechanical equipment, driving energy efficiency and optimal tenant comfort.

Suburban Hospital of Johns Hopkins

This 300,000-square-foot Smart Hospital is an addition to the existing campus. It’s estimated to be completed by 2019. Schneider Electric will provide EcoStruxure for buildings as the backbone to the Integrated Smart Hospital Platform to provide a first in class patient care experience.
