The Federal & Special Projects team focuses on developing and implementing mission critical and sensitive infrastructure, technology, and automation solutions for Federal Government buildings in the US and globally. Working as program managers, our team partners with clients to design, deliver, and sustain high-value, cross discipline Schneider systems for US Government clients while safeguarding our national security interests.
Solution Sales Department
The Solution Sales team works in the greater Washington DC and Baltimore commercial buildings marketplace to provide innovative solutions and approaches to new and/or developing projects. We develop relationships and add value by assisting with building integration strategies that will ultimately deliver functional, safe, efficient buildings to owners and operators.
The Pre-Construction team consists of our estimating and engineering departments. Collectively, we support our Solution Sales and Operations teams by providing a seamless transition from bid to execution. Our mission is to implement precise, responsible estimates and designs to establish a strong foundation for a successful project. With the customer in mind, we bridge the gap between the conceptualization and realization of building solutions.
The Operations team carries out the mission established by our Solution Sales department, solidifying a customer’s solution from all angles, including hardware design, software development, field installation, and execution, to deliver the right services, on time and on budget. Our vision is to provide the very best products, stay fully engaged through the life of a project, and be the execution team of choice for owner and contractor.
Service Sales Department
The Service Sales department provides maintenance and repair support for all of our existing BAS product lines, including iNet, Vista, Continuum, and EcoStruxure, reducing unplanned downtime and increasing the life and reliability of equipment. We offer preventive maintenance agreements, tailored to specific needs, on our BAS and Security systems, as well as service and installation of all manufacturer’s HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
The Service Operations department provides maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for our product family lines and buildings business segments. We also provide replacement-end devices for all product lines in our supported business segments and service and support system integration packages involving multiple manufacturers and protocols including LON, BACnet, and Modbus.
